Crafting Joy
Hello, funny ducklings! As the air turns nippy outside, our little arts and crafts shop has been positively bursting with creativity, wagging tails, and cozy holiday cheer. This season, we’re wrapping up so many exciting firsts, from finishing up our very first holiday sale to diving into the colorful magic of our UV printer. It’s been bustling, but with the help of our two loyal shop companions, Fable and Buddy, we’ve made it through with smiles to spare. Now, settle in with a warm cup of cocoa and let’s talk about all the details!
This year, the star of the show has been our shiny new UV printer. It’s ready to add a pop of color to anything we dream up; from ornaments to tiles, this marvel has turned our laser-engraved creations into colorful, one-of-a-kind treasures.
One of our favorite new ideas? Custom tiling! We can take your favorite designs, pictures, or art and create colorful mosaics across multiple tiles. They’re perfect for a cheerful kitchen backsplash, a sweet little keepsake wall, or even a set of coasters. Fable has taken to supervising these projects, though her idea of helping is mostly chasing stray scraps of paper, wagging her tail, and always curiously eyeballing new materials.
Speaking of holiday cheer, this year’s runaway hit has been our handmade ornaments. We’ve had so much fun combining engraved details with bright pops of color to create sweet little treasures for trees everywhere. From whimsical snowflakes to layered, glittering nature scenes, each ornament is made with love and care.
Pairing UV-printed designs with our engraved wood framing has also been such a treat. There’s something so charming about the warm, rustic feel of wood mixed with vibrant, modern prints. Our engraved wood frames have been another festive favorite. Customers love how they added a warm, handmade touch to holiday photos and artwork. Pair them with a scene of a cozy cabin, a twinkling Christmas tree, and perhaps a snoozing pup by the fire, and you’ve got a scene straight out of a holiday postcard.
